Who: The workers and some esteemed guests!
What:A moon viewing party.
Where: The gardens.
When: September 28th, at night.
A rather large group of lunar rabbits has descended upon Koriko for the evening.
It’s honestly a pretty unusual situation they have going for this night, as rather than having the viewing during a full moon, the moon is currently half-full. Maybe that’s just when they could get the time to vacation, who knows? Regardless, the Witch has accommodated their request for a quiet party in the evening, taking up the island’s expansive garden and setting up seating and light snacks at the approval of the garden’s head honcho.
The workers are invited to attend, of course! Or, it’s more like, the workers are asked (coerced) to come and help out, and enjoy the night in their spare time. Put on your nicest outfit (or the other spirits supervising will provide for you) and drum up your best customer service skills, because while the rabbits are pleasant enough customers to work for individually, they are demanding, and they are numerous. Also, in order to have the best view of the night sky, there is no additional lighting provided for the evening, all you have to work on is the light provided by the moon and the stars. So romantic! Don’t step on any of the customers!!
Keep their snacks coming, their cups full, and their mood up! The party’s over when dawn breaks and they have to return home, but workers who have been especially diligent with them will be left a nice tip; freshly made mochi wrapped and tagged with the worker’s name, left on their futons for them to find. It’s absolutely delicious, and just a bite of it reinvigorates the eater’s energy as much as a full night’s rest would. That should come in handy after a full night of working, and probably an expected day full of working afterward as well.
In summary:
- Check out that sweet sweet moon.
- Tend to the demands of the rabbit visitors in between sweet moon checkings.
- Do try and get some of your own downtime in, though. It is a party, after all!
- Don’t fall asleep on shift, though, that would be so unprofessional...

Inuko didn't mind, even if they were demanding, they were too cute to get even the slightest bit upset with! But, it's really funny, pouring sake for bunnies.
Will they really be alright?
Maybe it's special sake! Or maybe, because they're from the moon, they're special rabbits who can drink? Your everyday rabbit doesn't pound mochi on the moon, either! Hmm...
Curious about which it is, Inuko decides to take a sip herself!

[Inuko's been giving it her all with all these rabbits and they're really, really, really cute, but, it's getting to the point she's mixing up orders from how many she's taking all at once!
(Please stop her before she drops her heaping pile of snacks and/or steps on a moonbunny!)]

'It's not special wine? I thought it would be okay for me too!'
She turns it back briefly, adding another question:
'Are rabbits from the moon hardier than Earth rabbits after all?'

[He sighs and rubs his head.]
Not like you should be drinking wine either...
[Niko waits for the second question and is only left more confused when he sees it. While there are a lot of moons, he's pretty sure rabbits don't exist on any of them.]
Never been to Earth. No idea.

[It certainly is hard to see around here, isn't it? Nobody could really blame the workers for not being the most graceful, but if Hoshi's able to help out a little, say, by quickly putting up his hand to help steady an unbalanced looking tray of snacks.]

She's looking around her feet and looks a bit dazed, though, the bunnies keep on running and hopping, oh goodness...
And making more demands! And she's just bowing apologetically and trying to take on more orders, so many at once! Many more paper now, awkwardly balancing things while scribbling down a long, long list of orders...]

And soon enough, they're being swamped with orders from the rabbits. Not to be overwhelmed, he speaks up to the group,] I'll take some, over here. [If they divide up the work, that should make it easier on both of them, right? He waves some of the rabbits closer to him, and starts jotting down orders on his own notepad as quickly as he can manage.]

They should be getting more done this way, although some are still very demanding— headbutts and kicks (those are surprisingly strong legs...) if they take too long.
It's a little hard to tell some customers apart!! Those are a lot of pushy, impatient rabbits...
These requests are simple, not as strange as some past tasks, but the requests keep multiplying like, well, rabbits!]

He's busy filling the drinks that everyone else is struggling not to spill or overflow. At least this way he can stay busy while avoiding the crowd, which for him is even more debilitating than the dark is for everyone else.

Nope. Apparently not tonight.
He's been dressed up sharply by the supervising spirits, and sent out to help take ans serve orders for the rabbits. It's... well, it's something he can do, but he looks an awful lot like he was unprepared for it.]
Oh, no, this is going over to the group by the wisteria tree. [Presently, he's attempting to navigate through a crowd of bunnies, who really seem to want him to drop off the tray full of drinks he's carrying with them, instead of their proper destination.] I'll be back with yours in a minute, just let me - [They're just so pushy! He... might need a little help getting through them all!]

So, she doesn't fret much about the prospect of taking on an extra group now, as she makes the rounds for refills. It's not like she's out of sake, so why not? She swerves smoothly around Kuro from behind, all bright eyes and chipper voice. ]

And she pretty much does have it all going smoothly, until she's making the trek back, loaded-down tray carefully balanced, and one little drunkard spots a friend sitting with another group a way off. He just has to dash over, not minding if his path takes him right under a waitress's feet. ]

His trip back lines up perfectly to cross paths with Chou, and while he simply intends to issue a slightly less rushed sounding thank you, spotting the disaster combination of a stray rabbit darting across her path and the perfectly balanced tray makes for a quick dash to her side.]
Whoa, careful-! [With his free hand, he reaches out behind her back to catch her should her balance fail, though while the day may potentially be saved for her and her stack of dishes, his own does not fare so well with the sudden burst of movement.

Well, a moment of silence that lasts until a few snickers break it, anyway.
Chou had stood frozen on one foot, even after Kuro stopped her fall, clutching her tray desperately all the while. Though drinks sloshed out of their glasses, nothing else was broken. Finally standing properly again, Chou let out a little wail. ]
Noooo! I didn't ask for this sacrifice to be made for meeee! I'm sorryyyyy!
